Joyful Birthing offers a series of private classes for those families seeking preparation for birth, baby, and/or breastfeeding. All classes are taught virtually by Ellie Lindenmayer, founder of Joyful Birthing & Beyond, and include a professionally designed presentation, video demonstrations, and live-on-one-on interaction. Each class can be catered to your unique preferences, schedule, and situation.

Ellie brings a wealth of experience and expertise in both the birthing and baby world and has supported hundreds of families during this joyful but also demanding time. She will help to ensure that you feel empowered, prepared, and confident as you embark upon this time in your life.

BIRTHING BASICS

Want to feel empowered and prepared for childbirth but don’t have the time to attend an in-person class or series? Then this private offering of Birthing Basics is for you!

Joyful Birthing offers a live, interactive 2-hour online class catered around your schedule and needs to help you prepare for childbirth. Classes are taught by Ellie Lindenmayer- mother of three, certified childbirth educator, birth doula, lactation counselor, and sleep consultant. Ellie will prepare you and your partner for birth with honesty, humor, and a wealth of experience in the birthing world. You will leave this class with a renewed sense of calm, confidence, and excitement as you anticipate the birth of your baby.

HYPNOBIRTHING BASICS

Interested in Hypnobirthing but not ready to commit to the 12-hour class? This Hypnobirthing Basics will cover basic childbirth education as well as the Hypnobirthing philosophy and five techniques.

This class is taught in two 90-minute sessions catered around your schedule. Classes are taught by Ellie Lindenmayer- mother of three, certified childbirth educator, certified HypnoBirthing Practioner,  birth doula, lactation counselor, and sleep consultant. Ellie will prepare you and your partner for birth through the HypnoBirthing lense. You will leave this class with a renewed sense of calm, confidence, and excitement as you anticipate the birth of your baby.

Hypnobirthing Basics is $500 and includes the two, 90-minute one-on-one classes, and access to a variety of documents and resources including Joyful Birthing’s audio files and guided relaxations, recommended “Birth Wishes”, Must-Have Hospital Bag Items, and best practices for the early newborn days for feeding, sleep, and postpartum care.

BREASTFEEDING PREPARATION

Prepare for breastfeeding success before baby with this 90-minute private, virtual class catered around the needs of your schedule. Classes are taught 1:1 by Ellie Lindenmayer- mother, certified childbirth educator, birth doula, lactation counselor, and sleep consultant. Ellie will provide you with evidence-based information, practical tips, and need-to-know information so that you are ready to meet your newborn’s needs from day 1 and are positioned to meet your long-term breastfeeding goals.

ALL ABOUT SLEEP

This class will set you up for a healthy foundation for all things sleep-related. Did you know that an infant should not be awake longer than 45 minutes at a time? Did you know that your baby’s circadian rhythm develops at 3 months, so this is the optimal time to get baby on a predictable sleep schedule? You will learn about topics like these and so much more in this class.

Classes are taught by Ellie Lindenmayer- mother, certified childbirth educator, birth doula, lactation counselor and certified sleep consultant. Ellie will provide you with evidence-based information, practical tips, and need-to-know information so that you can maximize your family’s sleep from day 1.

Cancellation policy: Classes can be canceled for a credit for any Joyful Birthing & Beyond service if cancellation is received with at least a 24-hour notice. Classes canceled with less than 24-hour notice will not be credited or refunded.
